Patridge made several appearances on Mad TV as well as Do Not Disturb. In August 2008, she appeared on Do Not Disturb. cast as Megan in Sorority Row the production completed from the end of October until the beginning of 2009, and the film debuted on September 11 2009. Patridge was featured as a character in Carl's Jr. ads from 2009, 2010 and the year 2012. Patridge denied rumors that she was going to play the role modeled after her Hills co-star Lauren Conrad when the film L.A. Candy based Conrad's novel came out.
