Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and a writer, who has won numerous awards. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most well-known films. In New York, she was born into an artistic family. When she was assistant to photographers, she turned her attention towards modeling and acting. In her first two films she received recognition as a winner of the Golden Globe Award as Most promising young actress. MacGraw quickly became famous in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was considered for nomination to one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. In just three films, she received the title of top female debut at the box office worldwide. At Grauman's Chinese Theater in the year 1972, she had her name and footprints hand-engraved. The other films she's appeared in are The Getaway Convoy Players as well as the TV miniseries The Winds of War. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw is divorced three times.
